The following is a presentation put together within 2 days and sent in reply to a letter from the New York/New Jersey Port Authority- detailing a zoning/planning approach to the WTC reconstruction.
The original was never returned, as requested, and the images are prints that are color photocopies as a duplicate of the original presentation, then rescanned. Their colors are inaccurate and also missing is the silver and gold lettering on the black pages, to give priority and structure to certain ideas and the general approach. The first page encapsulates the effort, which is then sketched in depth. Each image below is linked to a full-size scan of the duplicate. The presentation was in a folder, with certain pages and imagery adjacent to one another, thus this grouping is attempted to be maintained below.
